How could we not start this weblog with Sony’s Aibo 🙂
Old people, like myself still remember last centuries Sony Aibo, but this is now the latest iteration with online features, OLED powered eyes and AI functionalities which even “learn” from the cloud.
In Japan announced back in 2017 already and released last year, at least the US will get the robotic dog in 2019, while Europe’s release still seems not sure.
In Japan even the first “Fan Meeting” already took place last October in Sony’s Ginza building, in Tokyo:
